It’s the dawn of a new era for politics: the Paris Conference, in December, will be released a global climate agreement. Scientists and engineers are concerned. The storm of unexpected violence that devastated yesterday the French Riviera is yet another confirmation that the crazy weather is already here. And the agreement of which we speak is not enough to stop global warming and to prevent, in a few decades, half the Earth is flayed by the sun and the other half (from Venice to New York, to the same Copenhagen) ends below the sea.
